| dc.description | This paper addresses the information about the analysis and design of a module of the SAI system, for the treatment of the processes of Research Seedbeds that present inconveniences according to the information that is handled regarding the research projects. Which are collected electronically and physically, which causes loss of information due to the lack of existing controls on delivery times, among others. Applying field research and documentary research for the extraction of data from both primary and secondary sources that allowed the subsequent analysis of the current situation of the research seedbeds of the Technical University of Babahoyo, analyzing the necessary requirements for the design of the module to optimize the processes, Thus concluding that evidently the research and development institute of the university requires improvements in its processes, specifically talking about the research seedbed community and the design proposed in this work can be one of the possible solutions if it were to be implemented, thus obtaining not only a greater efficiency in its procedures but also a greater participation by the students of the university. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo aborda la información acerca del análisis y diseño de un módulo del sistema SAI para la gestión de actividades de los procesos de Semilleros de Investigación, ya que presentan inconvenientes conforme a la información que se maneja respecto a los proyectos investigativos los cuales son recopilados de forma electrónica y física, lo que causa que haya pérdida información por la falta de controles existentes en los tiempos de entrega, entre otros. Aplicando la investigación de campo e investigación documental para la extracción de datos tanto de fuentes primarias como secundarias, permitió el posterior análisis de la situación actual en la que se encuentran los semilleros de investigación de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo, analizando los requisitos necesarios para el diseño del módulo que optimice los procesos, concluyendo así que evidentemente el instituto de investigación y desarrollo de la universidad requiere mejoras en sus procesos, específicamente hablando de la comunidad de Semilleros de investigación y el diseño propuesto en este trabajo puede ser una de las posibles soluciones si se llegará a implementar, obteniendo así no solo una mayor eficiencia en sus procedimientos sino también una mayor participación por parte de los estudiantes de la universidad. | es_ES |
