dc.descriptionIn the present investigation it is desired to indicate through an intense analysis of a Collection and Sales Information System as a solution that facilitates offering a fast and optimal management in order to speed up the recovery of the portfolio and prevent customers from falling into maturities which is addressed to the Hogar de Cristo company located in the city of Babahoyo, as a result, the computer tool to help propose is a support in the collection and sales management since its objective is to cover the requirements of the institutions that They seek to reduce their percentage of unrecoverable portfolio and at the same time establish an outstanding communication with their respective clients. To achieve this research, the current situation of the company was evaluated, thus determining the functional requirements, since this allows customers to benefit from automated business services, so that it becomes a competitive advantage. For the collection of information, the following research technique was carried out: The interview; therefore, this document gives way to obtaining information that is necessary to improve collections and sales. The present investigative compendium reveals that this System is a support instrument in the choice of management to get to particular the management of clients who do not owe anything and are up to date, who have bills to finish or who have certain days of expiration for optimal effective control that helps minimize the delinquency rate and increase effectiveness in collection management, which this System allows to improve what is needed in the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación se desea indicar mediante un intenso análisis de un Sistema de Información de cobranza y ventas como una solución que facilite ofrecer una gestión rápida y optima con la finalidad de agilizar la recuperación de la cartera y eludir que los clientes lleguen a caer en vencimientos la cual va dirigido a la empresa Hogar de Cristo ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, como resultado, la herramienta informática de ayuda a proponer es un soporte en la gestión de cobranza y ventas puesto que su objetivo es cubrir los requerimientos de las instituciones que buscan reducir su porcentaje de cartera irrecuperable y a la vez establecer una sobresaliente comunicación con sus respectivos clientes. Para lograr esta investigación se evaluó la situación actual de la empresa determinando así los requerimientos funcionales, ya que esto permite a los clientes se beneficien de servicios empresariales automatizados, de manera que se convierte en una ventaja competitiva. Para la recolección de información se llevó a cabo la siguiente técnica de investigación: La entrevista; por lo tanto, este documento da paso a la obtención de información que es necesaria para mejorar las cobranzas y ventas. El presente compendio investigativo da a conocer que este Sistema es un instrumento de soporte en la elección de la gerencia para llegar a particular la gestión de los clientes que no deban nada y estén al día, que posean facturas por culminar o que tengan ciertos días de vencimiento para un óptimo control eficaz que ayude a minimizar el índice de moros y aumentar la efectividad en la administración de cobranzas, lo cual este Sistema permite mejorar lo que se necesita en la empresa.es_ES
