En la presente investigación titulada “La Gestión Administrativa Del Fondo De Cesantía Del Magisterio Ecuatoriano Fcme 2021 de la ciudad de Babahoyo, tiene como objetivo general analizar el impacto de la gestión administrativa en el Fondo de Cesantía del Magisterio Ecuatoriano, 2021 con la finalidad de tomar acciones para que se incremente la Rentabilidad.
