| dc.description | At present, in the Babahoyo river taxi transport cooperative, it presents various problems in the administrative area, considering that all functions are not being carried out adequately according to what is established in the law, due to the fact that there is no manual of procedures or functions where what should be done is detailed, for which the objective of the research is to evaluate the administrative management of the Babahoyo river taxi transport cooperative during the period 2021. the methodology to be applied was the analytical methods because the parts of the object of the investigation were analyzed, which in this case is the administrative management in the Babahoyo River taxi transport cooperative, in order to obtain real conclusions. the exploratory method because through this the situation that was generated in the administrative management in the institution was investigated. Through the application of the methodology, it was obtained that the administrative management was deficient in the taxi cooperative, which is why it urgently requires adequate training, which yields positive results, as a condition to comply with the obligation to achieve effective results in management. of cooperative resources. It was concluded that there is poor administrative and operational management due to the lack of good labor communication, affecting the entity as it is, the lack of compliance with the procedure’s manuals and the goals of the organization that were established. from the beginning of its economic life. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, en la cooperativa de transporte de taxis río Babahoyo, presenta diversas problemáticas en el área administrativa, considerando que no se está llevando de manera adecuada todas las funciones de acuerdo a lo que se establece en la ley, debido que no existe un manual de procedimientos ni de funciones donde se detalle lo que se debe hacer, por el cual el objetivo de la investigación es evaluar la gestión administrativa de la cooperativa de transporte de taxis río Babahoyo durante el período 2021. la metodología a aplicar fueron los métodos analíticos porque se analizó las partes del objeto de la investigación que en este caso es la gestión administrativa en la cooperativa de transporte de taxis río Babahoyo, para de esa manera conseguir conclusiones reales. el método exploratorio porque mediante este se investigó la situación que se generó en la gestión administrativa en la institución. Mediante la aplicación de la metodología se obtuvo que la gestión administrativa era deficiente en la cooperativa de taxis por lo que requiere de manera urgente de una formación adecuada, que arroje resultados positivos, como condición para cumplir con la obligación de lograr resultados efectivos en la gestión de los recursos cooperativos. Se llego a la conclusión que existe una mala gestión administrativa y operacional debido a que no existe una buena comunicación laboral, afectando a la entidad como lo es, la falta de cumplimiento de los manuales de procedimientos y de las metas de la organización que se establecieron desde el comienzo de su vida económica. | es_ES |
