dc.descriptionThis study is called "sales management of the Bazar Primicias of the city of Babahoyo period 2021", it is necessary to emphasize that the company is dedicated to the commercialization of stationery and household products, for several years it has been supplying the needs of the fluminense community, this study allowed to identify the processes that are developed frequently to determine the causes and effects that lead to providing the information collected so that their owners make the corresponding improvements, this is developed with the help of the research methodology that refers the use of descriptive, analytical and bibliographic methods, in addition to the interview techniques carried out through the interview questionnaire that is structured with eight questions that are applied to the owner and the survey that was carried out through the survey form that is It consists of eight questions asked of the employees of the Bazar Prim As a result, it resulted in poor sales processes, since a sales budget is not made, sales are not monitored, it does not have a sales control system, it lacks a procedures manual, they do not have with a plan to attract customers, the results are not measured, constant change of suppliers that increases sales prices and does not have personnel to train sales. In conclusion, the company has problems that manage sales that affect its growth and must be solved as soon as possible.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio se denomina “gestión de ventas del Bazar Primicias de la ciudad de Babahoyo periodo 2021”, es necesario recalcar que la empresa se dedica a la comercialización de papelería y productos para el hogar, desde hace varios años se encuentra supliendo las necesidades de la comunidad fluminense, este estudio permitió identificar los procesos que se desarrollan de forma frecuente para determinar las causas y efectos que conlleven a proporcionar la información recopilada para que sus propietarios realizan las mejoras correspondientes, este se desarrolla con la ayuda de la metodología de investigación que refiere la utilización de los métodos descriptivo, analítico y bibliográfico, además de las técnicas de entrevista realizada a través del cuestionario de entrevista que se estructura de ocho interrogantes que son aplicadas al propietario y la encuesta que se llevó a cabo mediante el formulario de encuesta que se conforma de ocho interrogante realizada a los empleados del Bazar Primicias, en consecuencia dio como resultado deficientes procesos de ventas, puesto que, no se realiza un presupuesto de ventas, no se realiza un seguimiento de las ventas, no posee un sistema de control de ventas, carece de un manual de procedimientos, no cuentan con un plan de captación de clientes, no se realiza la medición de los resultados, cambio constante de proveedores que encarece los precios de venta y no posee personal para capacitados en ventas. En conclusión, la empresa presenta problemas que gestión que ventas que inciden en el crecimiento de la misma y deben ser solucionados a la brevedad posible.es_ES
