dc.description.abstractEl clima laboral es un concepto con amplia tradición en los estudios e investigaciones acerca del factor humano en empresas y organizaciones, dado que es la parte fundamental de la empresa lo cual le permite tener a unos colaboradores motivados y comprometidos con la empresa y el desarrollo profesional de cada uno de ellos logrando así una productividad. El objetivo de este estudio de casos es determinar la relación del clima laboral con el desempeño de los colaboradores del Minimarket El Mercadito de Cecy, de la misma manera se podrá identificar cuáles son los factores que afectan al clima laboral de una empresa y por ende analizar de como se puede mejorar. Con el desarrollo de los diferentes fundamentos teóricos sobre el clima laboral, sus tipos, causas, factores y metodologías de mejorarlo y así lograr una productividad para la empresa.
