dc.descriptionThe execution and analysis of this case study is based on the rotation of the FAG brand in the company CASA DEL RULIMAN S.A. located in the city of GUAYAQUIL period 2021, based on the objective that tries to analyze the procedures that have been carried out around the brand and its inventory, allowing the identification of shortcomings and inefficiencies in the exit and entry of merchandise, as well as in the traceability of these products, an economic crisis that has led to a rise in the prices of these automotive items, this has been the result of the effects of poor storage management, administrative and commercial strategies, and the inventoried system. Through the theoretical foundation, the key and important factors can be made known so that the rotation of the FAG brand that the Casa del Rulimán markets has a perspective and basis for the analyses, evaluations and corrections that must be applied, with the purpose of improving its procedures and therefore the income from sales of this type of items that this brand encompasses, for which, there is evidence and corroboration of what is established, studied and analyzed in which the interviews and surveys have yielded data that give veracity of what has been raised, fulfilling the realization of the study objectives, which allowed obtaining this relevant and fundamental information for the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa ejecución y análisis del presente caso de estudio se encuentra basado sobre la rotación de la marca FAG en la empresa CASA DEL RULIMAN S.A. ubicada en la ciudad de GUAYAQUIL periodo 2021, partiendo del objetivo que trata de analizar los procedimientos que se han llevado en torno a la marca y a su inventario, permitiendo la identificación de falencias e ineficiencias en la salida y entrada de mercadería, como también en la trazabilidad de estos productos, crisis económica que ha conllevado a que los precios de estos artículos para automotores se eleven, eso ha sido resultado de las afectaciones de un mal manejo de almacenamiento, estrategias administrativa, comerciales y del sistema inventariado. A través de la fundamentación teórica se puede dar a conocer los factores claves e importantes para que la rotación de la marca FAG que comercializa la Casa del Rulimán tenga una perspectiva y base para los análisis, valoraciones y correcciones que se deben de aplicar, con la finalidad de mejorar sus procedimientos y por ende los ingresos por ventas de este tipo de artículos que engloba esta marca, por lo cual, se cuenta con la evidencia y corroboración de lo establecido, estudiado y analizado en el que las entrevistas y encuestas han arrojado datos que dan veracidad de lo que se ha planteado, cumpliendo con la realización de los objetivos de estudio, que permitieron obtener esta información relevante y fundamental para la compañía.es_ES
