In order to obtain the information, the applied research methodology was used, which is composed of deductive and inductive methods, descriptive research, survey and questionnaire of questions. Its structure contains: problem statement, theoretical framework, methodology, results and conclusions of the research. The research is characterized as non-experimental with a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. The population and sample consisted of the collaborators of the Notary Public Six with a total of 10 collaborators. The existence of a significant correlation between the study variables was determined, obtaining a Pearson's R correlation coefficient equal to 0.988, equivalent to a perfect positive correlation.es_ES
