| dc.description | Bronchial asthma is a chronic respiratory disease that affects human beings of all ages throughout the world. Its origin is uncertain, determined by predisposing and triggering factors that result from a specific phenotype. This study presents the case of an 8-year-old schoolgirl with a family pathological history (FPA) of bronchial asthma, who comes accompanied by her parents to the Vinces Public Health Center in the emergency area, with symptoms clinical “acute bronchial asthma” presenting symptoms (fever, fatigue, persistent dry cough and wheezing chest noises). The patient is admitted with pharmacological treatments and medical observation for 24 hours of evolution. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El asma bronquial es una enfermedad respiratoria crónica que afecta a los seres humanos de todas las edades en todo el mundo. Su origen es incierto se determinada por factores predisponentes y desencadenantes que resultan de un fenotipo específico. En este estudio se presenta el caso de una paciente de 8 años de edad, escolar, con antecedentes patológicos familiares (APF) de asma bronquial, quien acude acompañada de sus padres al Centro de Salud Publico Anidada Vinces por el área de emergencia, con cuadro clínico “asma bronquial aguda” presentando síntomas (fiebre, fatiga, tos seca persistente y ruidos torácicos sibilantes). Se atiende al paciente con tratamientos farmacológicos y observación médica por 24 horas de evolución. | es_ES |
