| dc.description | Acute bronchitis is one of the most frequent causes of consultation in hospital centers; and at the same time it is the main respiratory diagnosis treated by doctors in the primary care area. The present study was based on the therapeutic intervention directed at a 6-year-old male patient who was assisted in the emergency area of the health center for presenting a clinical picture of fever, respiratory distress, and cough. The objective of this study was to determine the Respiratory Therapist Intervention in a 6-year-old male patient who, after different tests that were performed, was diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Finally, the treatment, monitoring and follow-up that was carried out in this present clinical study helped us to meet the objectives set, obtaining a favorable solution in the patient's clinic, taking aerosol therapy as the best option for treatment, complemented with therapeutic techniques. breathing as vibration. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La bronquitis aguda es una de las causas más frecuentes de consulta en centros hospitalarias; y a la vez es el principal diagnostico respiratorio tratado por galenos en el área de atención primaria. El presente estudio se basó en la intervención terapéutica dirigida a un paciente masculino de 6 años de edad que fue asistido en el área de emergencia del centro de salud por presentar un cuadro clínico de fiebre, dificultad respiratoria, tos. El objetivo de este estudio consistió en determinar la Intervención del Terapista Respiratorio en paciente masculino de 6 años de edad que luego de diferentes pruebas que le fueron realizadas fue diagnosticado con bronquitis aguda. Finalmente, el tratamiento, monitoreo y seguimiento que se ejecutó en este presente estudio clínico, nos ayudó a cumplir con los objetivos planteados obteniendo una solución favorable en la clínica del paciente tomando a la aerosolterapia como la mejor opción para el tratamiento, complementada con técnicas terapéuticas respiratorias como vibración. | es_ES |
