| dc.description | The present case study was carried out in the Rocío commercial, in the city of Babahoyo, this organization is dedicated to the commercialization of agricultural products. For this, the following objective was set, to analyze the control of inventories in the Comercial Rocío agrochemical warehouse, through documentary review to avoid losses. It was framed in the Audit and Control research subline. Its methodology was qualitative-quantitative with a retrospective approach, its population was made up of the manager and the workers, as a technique the analysis of inventory documents, an interview and a survey were used. Its results showed that the commercial handles an inventory manually, its rotation is given annually and in this case there are difficulties for the dispatch or control of new products and those that are about to expire. It was concluded that it is necessary to have an exhaustive analysis of the importance of inventory control, this in turn ensures that you acquire more accurate and efficient information for the development of the company and it is recommended that the company carry out a more continuous review of its inventories. so that they can have knowledge about how the stay of the products is handled. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se realizó en el comercial Rocío, de la ciudad de Babahoyo, esta organización se dedica a la comercialización de productos agrícolas. Para ello se planteó el siguiente objetivo, analizar el control de inventarios en almacén de agroquímicos Comercial Rocío, a través de la revisión documental para evitar pérdidas. Se enmarco en la sublinea de investigación de Auditoría y Control. Su metodología fue de tipo cualitativa- cuantitativa con enfoque retrospectivo, su población estuvo conformada por el gerente y los trabajadores, como técnica se utilizó el análisis documentos de los inventarios, una entrevista y una encuesta. Sus resultados arrojaron que el comercial maneja un inventario de forma manual, su rotación es dada de forma anual y en ese caso existen dificultades para el despacho o el control de los productos nuevos y los que están por caducar. Se concluyo que se necesita contar con un análisis exhaustivo sobre la importancia del control de inventarios, esto a su vez le asegura adquirir información más veraz y eficiente para el desarrollo de la empresa y se recomienda que la empresa realice una revisión más continua de sus inventarios para que puedan tener conocimiento sobre cómo se maneja la estancia de los productos. | es_ES |
