dc.description | Vision is the process by which those images that we perceive with our eyes are broken down to analyze them and place them in a context or space, giving them meaning. Anisometropia consists of a visual condition in which there is a visual defect in each eye, or the same refractive defect in both eyes, but with a different graduation in each of them, one eye may be myopic and the other hyperopic. , or that both are myopic but the graduation of one eye with respect to the other is very large. One of the problems that is usually associated with anisometropia is lazy eye or amblyopia. This eye condition can be affected in binocular vision as far as its diopter graduation is high, other options that vision is also affected can be altered due to genetics. The symptoms presented by a patient with anisometropia can be very varied and range from blurred vision to headaches through strabismus. The patient may also not have any symptoms. Once the patient with an anisometropia is detected, it is necessary to recommend the type of treatment necessary for their best visual comfort, which can range from ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses to an operation. Once the necessary knowledge about this visual problem has been acquired, better results will be obtained in order to adapt it in the practice of this clinical case. This topic is very important because it will allow us to know and understand much more about this case and thus study it even more. | es_ES |

| es_ES |
