Ambliopía causada por microendotropia en paciente femenina de 8 años de edad.
Abstract
Este caso clínico se trata de una paciente infante de 8 años que acude junto a su tía a la consulta optométrica por presentar dolores de cabeza al realizar actividades cercanas y falta de concentración. Antes de acudir a la consulta optométrica la paciente había junto a sus padres asistieron a una campaña de exámenes visuales la cual le recetaron unos lentes, los padres de la paciente descontinuaron el uso de esos lentes debido a que la paciente tenía quejas de dolores de cabeza aun mas fuertes y también tuvo algunos accidentes por falta de visión. Entre el resultado obtenido en el estudio la paciente presento ambliopía manifestada por una endotropia en el ojo izquierdo, donde el estrabismo se fue desarrollando en edad temporada debido a problemas con los músculos del ojo. El objetivo de esta investigación es demostrar porque de la disminución de agudeza visual y descifrar el diagnostico y tratamiento de una ambliopía por estrabismo. La metodología que se aplicó consta en la revisión de la historia clínica, antecedentes patológicos familiares y personales, AVL, AVSC, AVCC, test de hirschberg, motilidad ocular, acomodación, que nos ayudara con el diagnóstico definitivo y así prescribir el tratamiento definitivo.
