dc.description.abstractEl presente caso clínico es de un paciente de sexo femenino de 25 años de edad con ulcera estomacal, ingresa al hospital Nicolás cotto Infante acudió con cuadro clínico caracterizado por dolor abdominal difuso, pérdida de peso, acidez estomacal, más nauseas que llegan al vomito sensación de llenura más heces necróticas en modera cantidad refiere que no eran fétidas con antecedentes de hipertensión arterial. Se procedió hacer una anamnesis alimentaria para contraer toda la información pertinente de la paciente y actuar de forma relevante de acuerdo a su alimentación en donde indica que realiza 3 tiempos de comida desayuno, almuerzo y merienda menciona que no tiene ningún control con su alimentación y muchas veces limita sus tiempos de comida debido a su trabajo. Se realizo una valoración antropométrica peso 47 kg talla 160cm, circunferencia de cintura 66 cm, circunferencia de cadera 85 cm, IMC 18.3 kg/m2 (bajo peso), correspondiente a su biometría hemática anemia normocítica evidenciado por sus parámetros de hemoglobina 10.5 mg/dl, hematocrito 35.8%, VCM 77 Fl, se encuentra por debajo de los rangos normales de acuerdo a sus signos clínicos la deficiencia de hierro presente de acuerdo al segmento de ojos y piel. Se plantea a realizar un plan de alimentación dieta blanda gástrica, alta en proteínas de 2000 kcal fraccionado en 5 tiempos de comida, tiene como objetivo dar un proceso de atención nutricional de acuerdo a los requerimientos nutricionales mediante una alimentación idónea. Mejorando su estado nutricional y evitar posibles complicaciones.es_ES
