| dc.description | The present case study was carried out in the decentralized autonomous municipal government of San Miguel de Bolìvar, it is a public sector entity that provides the necessary services to satisfy the needs of the citizens of the San Miguel canton, belonging to the Province of Bolìvar, has as objective to analyze the execution of public contracting processes for a very small amount in compliance with the execution in the municipal GAD of San Miguel de Bolívar for the period 2021. In the development, the problems that the municipal GAD of San Miguel de Bolívar has are described, for example, lack of agility in the execution of the processes of the smallest amount. This case study has financial, tax and social commitment management as research sublines, the descriptive method was used in which it allows us to evaluate the problems that the institution has, such as the low stock of supplies, materials and implements. The importance of this work is to have a real diagnosis of what was executed in the year 2021 through the processes of the smallest amount, which will help us to plan the processes of the following year through this type of contracting. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se realizò en el gobierno autònomo descentralizado municipal San Miguel de Bolìvar, es una entidad del sector pùblico que proporciona los servicios necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades de los ciudadanos del cantòn San Miguel, perteneciente a la Provincia de Bolìvar, tiene como objetivo analizar la ejecución de los procesos de contratación pública por ínfima cuantía en el cumplimiento de la ejecución en el GAD municipal de San Miguel de Bolívar para el período 2021. En el desarrollo se describe la problemática que tiene el GAD municipal de San Miguel de Bolívar por ejemplo, falta de agilidad en la ejecución de los procesos de ínfima cuantía. Este estudio de caso tiene como sublíneas de investigación la gestión financiera, tributaria y compromiso social, se usó el método descriptivo en la cual nos permite evaluar los problemas que tiene la institución como es el bajo stock de suministros, materiales e implementos. La importancia de este trabajo es tener un diagnóstico real, de lo que se ejecutó en el año 2021 a través de los procesos de ínfima cuantía lo cual nos ayudará a la planificación de los procesos del año siguiente a través de este tipo de contratación. | es_ES |
