| dc.description | The present clinical case based on the nursing care process in a 39 year old patient with thrombocytopenia in which the necessary interventions are performed to verify the severity of the case and check the definitive diagnosis, the functional patterns of Gordon's theory were analyzed where the altered patterns were evidenced allowing to apply the care and attention provided to meet each of the needs of the patient, in the development of this clinical case other essential theories were applied in the development of the P. In the development of this clinical case, other essential theories were applied in the development of the P.A.E. such as Nanda, Nic, Noc, being important to propose a treatment based on the severity of the pathology, in this way it was possible to verify by means of an evaluation the impact of the treatment process, in conclusion of the development it was possible to apply correctly, integrally and individually the process of attention, it was possible to propose a process of treatment of thrombocytopenia where intravenous medication was administered by nursing, in addition, to apply the due care on the base pathology and anemia. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico basado en el proceso de atención de enfermería en una paciente de 39 años con trombocitopenia en la cual se le realiza las intervenciones necesarias para comprobar la severidad del caso y comprobar el diagnóstico definitivo, se analizaron los patrones funcionales de la teoría de Gordon donde se evidenciaron los patrones alterados permitiendo aplicar el cuidado y atención brindada para cubrir cada una de las necesidades de la paciente, en el desarrollo de este caso clínico se aplicaron otras teorías esenciales en el desarrollo del P.A.E como son Nanda, Nic, Noc, siendo importantes para plantear un tratamiento en base a la severidad de la patología, de esta manera se pudo comprobar por medio de una evaluación el impacto del proceso del tratamiento, en conclusión del desarrollo se logró aplicar de manera correcta, íntegra e individual el proceso de atención, Se logró plantear un proceso de tratamiento de la trombocitopenia donde se administraron medicamento intravenoso por parte de enfermería, además, de aplicar el debido cuidado sobre la patología de base y la anemia. | es_ES |
