| dc.description | The serous ovarian cystadenoma is a pathology that consists in the multiplication of ceroma cells which are located in the superficial ceroma layer giving rise to the formation of tumors. Epidemiologically speaking, the age range that occurs most frequently is 12 to 60 years, but mostly in the fifth stage of life, the most effective treatment for the resolution of this pathologist is surgical intervention. There is a high number of patients who present symptoms of tumors, but sometimes certain factors have a direct influence so that they are not diagnosed in time by specialists in the field. Among the objectives of this case study they refer to the cephalo-caudal assessment, which by applying Marjorie Gordon's functional patterns is able to establish an adequate diagnosis in order to determine the necessary care according to the pathology that it presents. In addition, for this patient with a cystadenoma in the left ovary to present an improvement, they will be told what is the appropriate procedure to follow in case there is any complication of risk in the pregnant state that she is in, in fact she must go to monitoring frequently and thus achieve a good follow-up. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Cistoadenoma ovárico seroso, es una patología que consiste en la multiplicación de células ceromas las cuales están ubicadas en la capa ceroma superficial dando lugar a la formación de tumores. Epidemiológicamente hablando el rango de edad que se presenta con más frecuencia es de 12 a 60 años, pero mayormente en la quinta etapa de la vida el tratamiento más eficaz para la resolución de esta patóloga es la intervención quirúrgica, Elevado es el número de pacientes que presentan síntomas de tumores, pero en ocasiones ciertos factores influyen de manera directa para que no sean diagnosticados a tiempo por especialistas del tema. Entre los objetivos del presente estudio de caso hacen referencia a la valoración céfalo caudal que mediante la aplicación de los patrones funcionales de Marjorie Gordon se logra establecer un diagnóstico adecuado para así determinar los cuidados necesarios acorde a la patología que presenta. Además, para que este paciente con un Cistoadenoma en el ovario izquierdo, presente una mejoría, se le indicaran cuál es el procedimiento adecuado a seguir en caso de que exista alguna complicación de riesgo en el estado gestante que este se encuentra, en efecto deberá acudir a monitoreos con frecuencia y de esa manera lograr un buen seguimiento. | es_ES |
