| dc.description | Intestinal Tuberculosis is defined as a granulomatous disease, it is considered a rare disease, reaching its diagnosis is usually a challenge since the specific clinical and analytical manifestations are scarce and even endoscopic lesions become similar to Crohn's disease. To determine a diagnosis of suspicion it is important to perform a colonoscopy, the most important findings obtained are circular ulcers, small diverticula and polyps attached to the intestinal mucosa. The present case study was conducted based on an adult patient with intestinal tuberculosis at the 7 of October Health Center in the city of Quevedo, Province of Los Ríos, where the main clinical findings and their treatment are described. The patient was diagnosed and begins his treatment at the La Florida health center in the City of Guayaquil, province of Guayas, was transferred for reasons of change of address to the city of Quevedo, where he goes to the 7 of October Health Center, in poor clinical conditions and proceeds to perform complementary examinations to continue his treatment according to his weight, performing the nursing care process in each medical visit that is made in the health center. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La Tuberculosis Intestinal se define como una enfermedad granulomatosa, es considerada una enfermedad rara, llegar a su diagnóstico suele ser un reto ya que las manifestaciones clínicas y analíticas especificas son escasas e incluso las lesiones endoscópicas llegan a ser similar a la enfermedad de Crohn. Para determinar un diagnóstico de sospecha es importante realizar una colonoscopia, los hallazgos obtenidos más importantes son úlceras circulares, pequeños divertículos y pólipos adheridos a la mucosa intestinal. El presente estudio de caso se realizó en base a un paciente adulto con tuberculosis intestinal en el Centro de Salud 7 de Octubre de la ciudad de Quevedo, Provincia de Los Ríos, donde se describen los principales hallazgos clínicos y su tratamiento. El paciente fue diagnosticado e inicia su tratamiento en el centro de salud la florida en la Cuidad de Guayaquil, provincia del Guayas, fue transferido por motivos de cambio de domicilio a la cuidad de Quevedo, donde acude al centro de Salud 7 de Octubre, en malas condiciones clínicas y se procede a realizar exámenes complementarios para continuar su tratamiento de acuerdo a su peso, realizando el proceso atención de enfermería en cada visita médica que se realiza en el centro de salud. | es_ES |
