dc.descriptionVihalmotos Importaciones S.A. began commercial activities on December 6, 2002 with RUC number 189170936001, represented by Mr. Alvarado Lascano Víctor Hugo. It is located in the city of Ambato on Galileo Galet street Vía A Tangaiche Av. Los Pericos Edif Vihal. In their regular analyzes of their financial performance, they discovered a decrease in the sales volume of their products in 2021 compared to 2020. The company had problems with sales, planning, management, they do not have a specific business goal or strategy for eliminate, customer retention, has also undergone drastic changes thanks to the entry of entrepreneurs with great financial capacity, has raised the level of competition and has helped reconfigure the preferences of those who, for various reasons, frequent this importer. The methodology for advancing the case study consists of applying the qualitative method because the case is going to be analyzed theoretically; quantitative because numerical data and calculations will be used using financial ratios of profitability through the use of Financial Statements. Management has concentrated on trying to meet the organization's offering with a series of innovations. However, sales are down, some regular customers are not coming back, and this goes hand in hand with the increased competition in the industry and the difficulties businesses are facing. This work will try to know the causes and their impact on the profitability of Vihalmotos Importaciones S.A, in order to suggest certain guidelines according to the experts or authors related to the research topic.es_ES

dc.description.abstractVihalmotos Importaciones S.A. inició actividades comerciales el 6 de diciembre de 2002 con RUC número 189170936001, representada por el señor Alvarado Lascano Víctor Hugo. Se encuentra ubicado en la ciudad de Ambato en la calle Galileo Galet Vía A Tangaiche Av. Los Pericos Edif Vihal. En sus análisis regulares de su desempeño financiero, descubrieron una disminución en el volumen de ventas de sus productos en 2021 en comparación con 2020. La empresa tenía problemas con las ventas, la planificación, la gestión, no tienen una meta o estrategia comercial específica para eliminar, la retención de clientes, también ha sufrido cambios drásticos gracias a la entrada de empresarios con gran capacidad financiera, ha elevado el nivel de competencia y ha ayudado a reconfigurar las preferencias de quienes, por diversas razones, frecuentan esta importadora. La metodología para el avance del estudio de caso consiste en aplicar el método cualitativo debido que se va a analizar de manera teórica el caso; cuantitativo porque se usará datos numéricos y cálculos empleando ratios financieros de la rentabilidad mediante el uso de los Estados Financieros. La gerencia se ha concentrado en tratar de cumplir con la oferta de la organización con una serie de innovaciones. Sin embargo, las ventas han bajado, algunos clientes regulares no regresan, y esto va de la mano con el aumento de la competencia en la industria y las dificultades que enfrentan las empresas. Este trabajo intentará conocer las causas y su impacto en la rentabilidad de Vihalmotos Importaciones S.A, para de esa manera sugerir ciertas pautas de acuerdo a los expertos o autores relacionados al tema de investigación.es_ES
