In the same way, the methodology used is the analytical-synthetic method, for its effect an interview questionnaire is developed that will be applied to the manager of the institution and another directed to the labor personnel, with the sole purpose of knowing what is the way in which that the sales reports are managed, detecting the existing shortcomings during the corresponding periods of 2020 and 2021, therefore, the great importance of applying the variation in the volume of your sales must be taken into account.es_ES

dc.description.abstractMediante el presente estudio de caso queda al descubierto los distintos problemas que afronta el comercial “NOVEDADES DE TEMPORADA DAYANARA”, a causa de las variaciones en ventas que ocurrieron durante la pandemia provocada por el COVID-19. La misma se encuentra ubicada en la Parroquia Febres Cordero en la calle 12 de octubre, está encargada de vender artículos para fiestas, uniformes y útiles escolares. Al igual que, la metodología utilizada es el método analítico-sintético, para su efecto se desarrolla un cuestionario de entrevista que será aplicado al gerente de la institución y otro dirigido al personal laboral, con el único fin, de conocer cuál es la forma en que se administra los reportes de ventas, detectando las falencias existentes durante los periodos correspondientes del 2020 y 2021, por lo consiguiente, se debe tomar en cuenta la gran importancia que tiene la aplicación de la variación en el volumen de sus ventas.es_ES
