dc.descriptionIn this clinical case study based on paranoid schizophrenia, which is defined as a very serious disorder that affects the individual in the way he/she acts before society, thinks and feels, a person suffering from this disorder may present difficulties in recognizing what is true and what is fictitious, causing rejection or low acceptance in society, which alters his/her sentimental expressions, becoming more acute in complex social contexts. This type of paranoid schizophrenia is primarily related to hallucinations, the auditory type, based on perception alterations, there are no language alterations or other symptoms. In the current clinical case we analyzed the case of a 46-year-old female patient who is received in the emergency area and at the moment is conscious, awake, with incoherent speech, disoriented, drowsy, restless, and sometimes presents alterations in her emotional state and hallucinations, does not refer to family company, is found on a busy road performing violent acts, at the moment she is with means of execution. In conclusion, it was possible to apply the nursing care process in female patient with paranoid schizophrenia, in addition to making the necessary interventions based on the severity of the case and in reference to the clinical picture.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso clínico basado en la esquizofrenia paranoide, la cual se la define como un trastorno muy serio que afecta en sí al individuo en la manera cómo actúa ante la sociedad, piensa y siente, en una persona que padece este trastorno puede que presente dificultades en reconocer lo verdadero y lo ficticio, provocando rechazo o baja aceptación en la sociedad lo que altera sus expresiones sentimentales agudizándose en contextos sociales complejos. Este tipo de esquizofrenia paranoide se relaciona primordialmente con alucinaciones, el tipo auditivo, basados en las alteraciones de percepción, no existen alteraciones del lenguaje ni otros síntomas. En el actual caso clínico se analizó el caso de una paciente de sexo femenino de 46 años que se recibe por el área de emergencia al momento se encuentra consciente, despierta, con habla incoherente, desorientada, somnolienta, intranquila, y en ocasiones presenta alteraciones en su estado emocional y alucinaciones, no refiere compañía familiar es hallada en una vía transitada realizando actos violentos, al momento se encuentra con medios de ejecución. En conclusión, se logró aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería en paciente femenino con esquizofrenia paranoide, además de realizar las intervenciones necesarias en base a la severidad del caso y en referencia del cuadro clínico.es_ES
