dc.descriptionAdvances in technology are allowing new business models to evolve, but organizations must continue to assess the environmental impact of these new models. Most environmental research focuses on the motivations of customers or organizations to purchase green products or the impact of green efforts on specific functional areas. Today, society is getting used to buying a product online that can then be delivered just a few meters from our homes. This change in mindset is leading to large numbers of these home deliveries. This case study is carried out in order to analyze the logistics process, based on the computer system that it handles, because today there is a problem that detaches the company from its development, given that currently the client seeks speed in service and good personalized attention. In the sector of home delivery companies, it is vitally important to deliver the products on time and in good condition, if this is not done, customers may go to the competition. A type of qualitative and bibliographical research will be used, since the aim is to make a correct estimate of the logistical errors of the company Waterhome Express, which will be achieved through direct observation of the processes involved in the analyzed company. The data collection instrument was an interview with the general manager of the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos avances en la tecnología están permitiendo que los nuevos modelos de negocio evolucionen, pero las organizaciones deben continuar evaluando el impacto ambiental de estos nuevos modelos. La mayoría de las investigaciones ambientales se centran en las motivaciones de los clientes u organizaciones para comprar productos ecológicos o en el impacto de los esfuerzos ecológicos en áreas funcionales específicas. Hoy en día, la sociedad se está acostumbrando a comprar un producto en línea que luego se puede entregar a pocos metros de nuestros hogares. Este cambio de mentalidad está llevando a grandes cantidades de estas entregas a domicilio. Se realiza el presente estudio de caso con el fin de analizar el proceso logístico, basado en el sistema informático que maneja, porque hoy en día existe a problema que desvincula a la empresa a su desarrollo, dado que en la actualidad el cliente busca rapidez en el servicio y una buena atención personalizada. En el sector de las empresas de entregas a domicilio es de vital importancia entregar a tiempo y en buen estado los productos, sino se realiza esto los clientes se pueden ir a la competencia. se empleará un tipo de investigación cualitativa y bibliográfica, dado que se aspira a realizar una correcta estimación de los errores logísticos de la empresa Waterhome Express, lo que se conseguirá mediante la observación directa de los procesos que intervienen en la empresa analizada. El instrumento de recogida de datos fue una entrevista con el director general de la empresa.es_ES
