| dc.description | The fracture of the inferior epiphysis of the radius, this is one of the most common bone injuries in children due to its proximity to the wrist, this anomaly is related to falls, this type of fracture should be treated in a different and special way in children due to the continuous development of the radius and ulna bone, the type of treatment to be applied should be analyzed based on age and degree of injury where the distance of the fracture is evaluated. The current clinical study developed in a case of a male patient with a fracture of the anterior epiphysis of the radius bone, which has as objective the application of the Nursing Care Process by the nursing professional, where an analysis is made corresponding to the trauma originated in his bone structure, which presented an evolutionary picture of 3 days where he presented a fall of +- 1 meter of height, where the wrist was injured, which is edema, deformity and with hematomas for which it is the reason for consultation. The different analyses were carried out using Marjory Gordon's theory, NANDA, NIC, NOC to determine the altered functional patterns and based on that to carry out the nursing planning to carry out the activities, it is important to indicate that the Nursing Care Process was carried out in the appropriate way and was applied to the patient. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La fractura de la epífisis inferior del radio, esta es una de las lesiones óseas más comunes en niños debido a su proximidad con la muñeca, esta anomalía se relaciona con las caídas, este tipo de fractura debe ser tratada de una manera distinta y especial en los niños debido al desarrollo continuo del hueso radio y cúbito, el tipo de tratamiento a aplicar debe analizarse en base a la edad y el grado de la lesión donde se evalúa la distancia de la fractura. El actual estudio clínico desarrollado en un caso de paciente masculino con fractura de la epífisis anterior del hueso radio, el cual posee como objetivo la aplicación del Proceso Atención de Enfermería por parte del profesional de enfermería, donde se realiza un análisis correspondiente al trauma originado en su estructura ósea, el cual presentó un cuadro evolutivo de 3 días donde presentó una caída de +- 1 metro de altura, donde se lesionó la muñeca, la cual se halla edema, deformidad y con hematomas por lo cual es el motivo de consulta. Se realizaron los diferentes análisis mediante la teoría de Marjory Gordon, NANDA, NIC, NOC para determinar los patrones funcionales alterados y en base a eso realizar la planificación de enfermería para efectuar las actividades, es importante indicar que el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería se realizó de la manera adecuada lográndose aplicar en el paciente. | es_ES |
