| dc.description | The objective of this technological proposal is to automate the inventory and administrative activities of the company Detodo.com located in the city of Babahoyo, in which it has a high number of clients, unfortunately the current process is handled in a manual which allows the information to become tedious. This technological proposal presents two such modules: administrative and web portal. The first will allow to solve the loss and disorder of the information through transactional screens that allow to have a control in the registry of clients, invoicing and consultations, the second is to present information and register the inventories and invoicing in said fénix portal, in this way prevent a customer or merchandise from being left out of the process. The proposal will be used by those who make up the company and thus the processes are clear and concise. Finally, it will be possible to automate and optimize the billing or registration time of a client, avoiding the data, since it is a common problem when filling out information manually and in files. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente propuesta tecnológica tiene como objetivo de automatizar la realización de las actividades de inventario y administrativas de la empresa Detodo.com ubicado en la ciudad de Babahoyo, en la cual cuenta con una cantidad alta de clientes, lastimosamente el proceso actual es manejado de forma manual lo que permite que la información se vuelva tediosa. Esta propuesta tecnológica presenta dos dichos módulos: administrativo y portal web. El primero permitirá solucionar la pérdida y desorden de la información a través de pantallas transaccionales que permita tener un control en el registro de clientes, facturación y consultas, el segundo es presentar información y registrar los inventarios y facturación en dicho portal de fénix, de esta manera evitar que un cliente o una mercadería se quede fuera del proceso. La propuesta tendrá uso para los que conforman a empresa y así los procesos sean claros y concisos. Finalmente, se logrará automatizar y optimizar el tiempo de la facturación o registro de un cliente evitando los datos ya que es un problema común al momento de llenar información de manera manual y en archivos. | es_ES |
