dc.description | This clinical case analyzes the condition presented in a schoolboy with dyshidrotic eczema, a condition that develops at the level of the hands and feet, this patient is treated at the pediatrics area of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Hospital, in the city of Guaranda. This clinical pathology is frequent, since it occurs annually in 10% of the general population. In the group of skin diseases, it maintains a prevalence of 90%. Dyshidrotic eczema or also called plantar palm has a small explanation since the extremities are fundamental in the daily activities of the human being, therefore, they are in greater contact with chemical elements and irritants unlike other areas of the body. When considered a skin condition with various etiologies, it becomes a disease with a complex diagnosis. To achieve a specific diagnosis, various activities are carried out that together achieve an efficient work, such as an exhaustive and complete anamnesis and physical examination. In this way, the follow-up of this case is based on the application of an adequate nursing care process as specific tools, the use of the clinical history will support the development of the clinical case, the elaboration of the diagnoses and the extension of the interventions. nursing that contributes to the recovery of the integrity of the patient. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico analiza la afección presentada en un escolar con eccema dishidrótico, condición que se desarrolla a nivel de las manos y pies, este paciente es atendido al área de pediatría del Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro, en la ciudad de Guaranda. Esta patología clínica es frecuente, ya que se presenta anualmente en el 10% de la población en general. En el grupo de las enfermedades cutáneas mantiene una prevalencia del 90%. El eccema dishidrótico o también llamado palmo plantar tiene una pequeña explicación ya que las extremidades son fundamentales en las actividades diarias del ser humano, por lo tanto, se encuentran en mayor contacto con elementos químicos e irritantes a diferencia de otras zonas del cuerpo. Al considerarse una afección de la piel con diversas etiologías se convierte en una enfermedad con un diagnóstico complejo. Para lograr un diagnóstico especifico se realizan diversas actividades que conjuntas logran un trabajo eficiente, tales como una anamnesis y un examen físico exhaustivo y completo. De esta manera, el seguimiento de este caso se basa en la aplicación de un adecuado proceso de atención de enfermería como herramientas específicas, la utilización de la historia clínica fundamentará el desarrollo del caso clínico, la elaboración de los diagnósticos y la ampliación de las intervenciones de enfermería que contribuyen a la recuperación de la integridad del paciente. | es_ES |
