In the present case study with the nursing care process, a correct monitoring of the vital signs and the patient's hemodynamic activity was carried out, the administration of their medications prescribed by the doctor was carried out correctly. the nursing process helps the patient in her evolutionary improvement from the moment the red key was activated, following the respective protocols in said obstetric emergency, the needs raised by Virginia Henderson were used, in addition to the theory of NANDA, NIC and NOC which were fundamental in this care process since it also helped to determine which were the most important signs and symptoms to correct and treat them to avoid major complications in the puerperal woman.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso clínico de un proceso de atención enfermería en una puérpera de 24 años de edad, en su segundo embarazo por parto normal, sin presentar ninguna anormalidad durante los trimestres del embarazo. El presente estudio de caso con el proceso atención de enfermería se realizó una correcta monitorización de los signos vitales y la actividad hemodinámica del paciente, se realizó correctamente la administración de sus medicamentos prescrita por el médico. el proceso de enfermería ayuda a la paciente en su mejora evolutiva desde el momento en que fue activada la clave roja, siguiendo los respectivos protocolos en dicha emergencia obstétrica , se empleó las necesidades que planteó Virginia Henderson, además de la teoría del NANDA, NIC y NOC las cuales fueron fundamentales en este proceso de atención ya que si bien también ayudó a determinar cuáles eran los signos y síntomas más importante a corregir y tratarlos para evitar mayores complicaciones en la puérpera.es_ES
