In the company, the information is processed manually or semi-manually with the help of non-optimal tools; That is why the company wants to manage all its processes in an agile and centralized way, since due to the way in which they are being executed, there are inconveniences such as: Use of non-optimal software tools for the administration of the processes of the administration. After recognizing the needs of accounting advice, it was possible to identify the requirements for the design of the web system developed based on the scrum methodology, so it is concluded that the use of the web system would significantly improve the registration, management and control of accounting data. customers in terms of time reduction. | dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad no todas las PYMES en el Ecuador, cuentan con los recursos financieros y tecnológicos, como lo tienen las grandes empresas del país; por esta razón, nace la idea de diseñar un sistema que automatice la gestión de clientes para la empresa Negocios de asesoría tributarias/contables Melba Torres. En la empresa la información es procesada de forma manual o semi-manual con la ayuda de herramientas no óptimas; Es por ello, que la empresa, desea administrar todos sus procesos de una forma ágil y centralizada, ya que por la manera de cómo se están ejecutando se presentan inconvenientes tales como: Uso de herramientas de software no óptimas para la administración de los procesos de la administración. Después de reconocer las necesidades de la asesoría contable se pudieron identificar los requerimientos para el diseño del sistema web desarrollado en base a la metodología scrum, por lo que se concluye que el uso del sistema web mejoraría significativamente el registro, gestión y control de datos de los clientes en términos de reducción de tiempo. Una vez reconocidos los requerimientos, se procede a recopilar la información necesaria para la aplicación de la metodología scrum, con la finalidad de crear el diseño la implementación del sistema web desarrollado en base a la metodología a esta metodología, se concluye que el uso de esta metodología optimiza en gran medida el desarrollo del sistema web para la gestión de clientes de la asesoría contable Melba Torres. Antes de proceder a aplicar una determinada metodología se deba realizar un estudio para tener la certeza de que los usuarios se adapten a esta y como se establecen en las metodologías de desarrollo. | es_ES |
