dc.description.abstractEn este caso clínico se tratará sobre las infecciones en las vías urinarias y su riesgo durante el embarazo, donde existen cambios hormonales presentando un alto porcentaje de llegada de gérmenes hacia otras partes del organismo, tales como el riñón ya que hay un aumento de la circulación sanguínea que se da en el embarazo. Como objetivo principal tendremos que se aplicara el Proceso de Atención de enfermería, se determinaran los patrones no funcionales y se identificara los posibles riesgos y complicaciones que lleguen a presentarse durante el estado gestacional, dentro de los signos y síntomas de una infección de las vías urinarias tenemos: Dolor o ardor al orinar, orinar con frecuencia, polaquiuria, hematuria, dolor en la zona abdominal. Los signos y síntomas de una infección de los riñones pueden incluir: Fiebre, escalofríos, náuseas o vómitos. (Infeccion de vias urinarias , 2021). En el cuadro epidemiológico según el Ministerio de Salud Pública del Ecuador en el 2013, en su Guía de Práctica Clínica sobre la Infección de Vías Urinarias en el Embarazo reportó que más del 27% de partos pretérmino se presentan con una asociación clínica con infección de vías urinarias. Se determinó que las mujeres embarazadas que reciben tratamiento antibiótico para bacteriuria asintomática, disminuyen del 9,02% al 5,28% el riesgo de tener un parto pretérmino, de igual manera disminuyen del 13,3% al 7% el riesgo de tener un recién nacido con bajo peso al nacer.
