| dc.description | This clinical case is based on the study of an adult with diabetic foot, whose main objective is to apply the nursing care process, and provide individualized care according to the patient's requirements. Diabetic foot is a pathology characterized by 3 essential clinical aspects: ischemic, neuropathic and infectious. This condition has a high morbidity and mortality rate worldwide because it is one of the most common pathologies. In the development of this clinical case, bibliographic references were used to support the interventions, in addition to using other theoreticians such as M. Gordon, NANDA, NIC and NOC that were essential in the development of the care process and in nursing activities. It was possible to evaluate the affected functional patterns through Marjory Gordon in the adult patient where alterations were identified in the patterns of perception-health management, nutritional-metabolic, cognitive-perceptive, self-perception-self-concept where support and guidance were provided. nursing professional assistance. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico se basa en el estudio de un paciente adulto con pie diabético, el cual tiene como objetivo principal aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería, y brindar cuidados individualizados según el requerimiento del paciente. El pie diabético es una patología caracterizada por 3 aspectos clínicos esenciales como son el isquémico, neuropático e infeccioso. Esta afección tiene un alto índice de morbi-mortalidad a nivel mundial debido a que es una de las patologías más comunes. En el desarrollo de este caso clínico se utilizaron referencias bibliográficas para fundamentar las intervenciones, además de emplear tras teorizantes como M. Gordon, NANDA, NIC y NOC que fueron esenciales en el desarrollo del proceso de atención y en las actividades de enfermería. Se logró evaluar los patrones funcionales afectados a través de Marjory Gordon en el paciente adulto donde se identificaron alteraciones en los patrones de la percepción-manejo de la salud, nutricional-metabólico, actividad-ejercicio, cognitivo-perceptivo, autopercepción-autoconcepto donde se brindó el apoyo y la asistencia por parte del profesional de enfermería. | es_ES |
