dc.descriptionThis case study is called "Administrative management in the community police service of the Babahoyo district" has the objective of analyzing the administrative management in the Community Police Service of the Babahoyo District in the period 2021 and is carried out with the help of the research line of the Commercial Engineering career called Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management; while the subline is Companies and public and private institutions and the analytical - synthetic and inductive - deductive methods that are implemented with the help of the interview and survey techniques, and their respective interview guide instruments apply to the Coordinator and the survey questionnaire made to the Community Service Police. Therefore, these gave as a result that this police service presents problems such as: defective planning of daily activities, poor management for the allocation of resources, lack of planning in the slogan relays for the establishment of annual vacations, lack of a plan of contingency to cover the positions for eventualities such as accidents, domestic calamity or illness of the police officers, inconsistencies in the assignment of immediate personnel to cover the transfers of police officers to other subzones, lack of external supervision of the fulfillment of the activities in the upc 's and lack of performance evaluation, in conclusion all those refer to the existence of a deficient administrative management that significantly affects the services developed by the institution.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio de caso se denomina “ Gestión administrativa en el servicio de policía comunitaria del distrito Babahoyo” tiene el objetivo de analizar la gestión administrativa en el Servicio de Policía Comunitaria del Distrito Babahoyo en el periodo 2021 y se realiza con ayuda de la línea de investigación de la carrera de Ingeniería Comercial denominada Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control; mientras que la sublínea es Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas y los métodos analítico – sintético e inductivo – deductivo que se implementan con la ayuda de las técnicas entrevista y encuesta, y sus respectivos instrumentos guía de entrevista aplica a la Coordinadora y el cuestionario de encuesta realizado a los Policías del Servicio Comunitario. Por lo tanto estas dieron como resultado que este servicio policial presenta problemas como: defectuosa planificación de las actividades cotidianas, deficiente gestión para la asignación de recursos, falta de planificación en los relevos de consigna por el establecimiento de las vacaciones anuales, carece de un plan de contingencia para cubrir los puestos por eventualidades como accidentes, calamidad doméstica o enfermedad de los servidores policiales, inconsistencias en la asignación de personal inmediato para cubrir los traslados de servidores policiales a otras subzonas, carecen de supervisión externa del cumplimiento de las actividades en los upc´s y falta de evaluación de desempeño, en conclusión todos aquellos refieren la existencia un deficiente de gestión administrativa que afecta significativamente a los servicios que desarrolla la institución.es_ES
