dc.descriptionAdministrative management is a relevant aspect that each company must take care of since the perception of the consumer market depends on this the level of sales and business progress depend on this. Therefore, it is a key factor of organizational success in the company responsible for any economic activity in which they provide. The objective of this case study is to determine the factors of administrative management that affect the work performance of the employees of the "Economic Credits" warehouse in the province of Los Ríos, in the Babahoyo canton. The methodology used is made up of a quantitative approach, due to the fact that tangible and intangible aspects presented by the commercial establishment were analyzed in terms of the performance of the workers, the same ones that were unified and processed to better understand the results. The types of descriptive and field research were used because it allowed describing the situations identified in the commercial and collecting information related to the variable under analysis. The techniques used are; a survey addressed to the warehouse workers to determine their perception of the mandates received from the director and an interview with the manager-owner of the establishment to identify the organizational weaknesses that condition the performance of the workers. The results of the investigation reveal that the director or managers do not develop adequate human relationships that strengthen business processes with workers, in the same way it was identified that administrative management has not implemented necessary training and business strategies to strengthen links with workers.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa gestión administrativa es un aspecto relevante que debe de cuidar cada empresa ya que de esto depende la percepción del mercado consumidor, el nivel de venta y el avance empresarial. Por ende, es un factor clave del éxito organizacional en la empresa responsable de cualquier actividad económica en la que brinden. El objetivo del presente caso de estudio es determinarla los factores de la gestión administrativa que inciden en el desempeño laboral de los empleados del almacén “Créditos Económicos” en la provincia de los Ríos, del cantón Babahoyo. La metodología utilizada está constituida por está conformada por un enfoque cuantitativo, debido a que se analizó aspectos tangibles e intangibles que presenta el establecimiento comercial en cuanto al desempeño de los trabajadores, los mismos que fueron unificados y procesados para entender de mejor manera los resultados. Se emplearon los tipos de investigación descriptiva y de campo porque permitió describir las situaciones identificadas en el comercial y recopilar información relacionada al variable objeto de análisis. Las técnicas utilizadas son; una encuesta utilizando las escalas de ítems del cuestionario de Bienestar Laboral General de Blanch y una entrevista al gerente-propietario del establecimiento para identificar las posibles debilidades organizacionales que condiciona el desempeño de los trabajadores. Los resultados de la investigación revelan que el director no desarrolla adecuadas relaciones humanas que fortalezcan los procesos comerciales con los trabajadores, de igual manera se identificó que dentro de la gestión administrativa no se han implementado capacitaciones necesarias y estrategias empresariales para fortalecer vínculos con los trabajadores.es_ES
