| dc.description | In the city of Babahoyo is located the dental center Dental Care its address is Cdla el Mamey 5th street between 3rd and 4th longitudinal, where its activity is to analyze the administrative management that maintains the dental center Dental Care its economic activity is general and specialized dental care in which health problems and dental aesthetics of all ages are treated at affordable prices its organizational structure is constituted as follows the owner manager and two dentists, an assistant, and the surgeon who performs the function of doing outpatient surgeries within the dental office. This case study focuses on how administrative management works, which is a set of coordinated tasks that help to manage the company's resources. In this way, administrative management has always been the most fundamental part of a company, besides being the employees the main reason why the company works, this research is to know the application of the administrative processes that are planning, organization, direction, and control. Once the stage of the analysis of the information of the respective case study was concluded, it was determined that it is important for the dental center to make a good selection of the personnel they hire, since it is important that the people who apply for the position are competent people, with knowledge and skills where they can perform their work efficiently and quickly in order to provide better attention to the patients. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la ciudad de Babahoyo está ubicado el centro odontológico Dental Care su dirección es la Cdla el Mamey calle 5ta entre 3era y 4ta longitudinal, donde su actividad analizar la gestión administrativa que mantiene el centro odontológico Dental Care su actividad económica es atención odontológica de carácter general y especializado en la que se tratan problemas de salud y estética dental de todas las edades a precios cómodos su estructura organizacional está constituida de la siguiente manera la gerente propietario y dos odontóloga , un asistente, y el cirujano el cual cumple con la función de hacer cirugías ambulatorias dentro del consultorio odontológico. El presente caso de estudio se enfoca en conocer cómo funciona la gestión administrativa que son un conjunto de tareas coordinadas y que ayudan a manejar los recursos de la empresa de esta manera la gestión administrativa siempre ha sido la parte más fundamental en una empresa además de ser los empleado el principal motivo por el cual funcionan la empresa la presente investigación, es para conocer la aplicación de los procesos administrativos que son planeación, organización, dirección y control. Una vez concluida la etapa del análisis de la información del respectivo caso de estudio, se pudo determinar que es importante que el centro dental haga una buena selección del personal que contratan ya que es importante que las personas que postulan al cargo sea personas competentes, con conocimientos y habilidades donde puedan realizar su trabajo de manera eficaz y rápida para asi brindar mejorar la atención a los pacientes. | es_ES |
