dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad los sistemas de información relacionados con la gestión administrativa son de gran importancia ya que permiten dirigir a una organización de las cuales permite alcanzar la planificación, organización, dirección y control para los cuales se propone analizar acciones para obtener una mayor eficiencia en la calidad de servicio la cual favorecerá en el área administrativa y disminuirá efectos negativos para darle un uso más eficaz de los recursos humanos y financieros. En efecto la gestión administrativa se encarga de uso de los recursos que se orientan en función que persigue la empresa donde coordinan eficientemente todos los recursos, además permite prevenir problemas a futuros en conjunto con los sistemas de información (S.I) son componentes interrelacionados que trabajan para recopilar información para los procesos fundamentales dentro de la organización.
