Some of the most critical operations are billing. In some situations there are problems with the final document, usually due to errors of use, changes and defects, etc. The purpose of this case study is to know what is the diagnosis and description of the error management of the billing and reservation system of the JARED hotel in the Ricaurte parish. Electronic invoicing systems support all physical and digital receipts. One of the characteristics of billing systems is that they significantly reduce the monthly cost of office supplies and the distribution time per issued document. dc.description.abstractLas empresas de servicios están preocupadas por las actividades críticas que son más propensas a errores, porque cuando ocurren, requieren tiempo y dinero para solucionarlos.
