| dc.description | The realization of this case study is based on the administrative management of the company Agropecuaria Jara of the city of Vinces, which has allowed to identify that within its administrative procedures there are anomalies such as gaps, that has caused representative effects, evidenced that there are no specific goals, objectives and strategies, allowing the worker to have a breach in their activities, since they are not planned in an adequate manner. Therefore, the importance of this analysis is raised as an outlet and way to assess what has been executed during a certain time, and in this way, be able to implement changes that lead the company to have a better development and competitiveness in the market. market. With the completion of the interview that was applied to the manager of the company and the surveys that were made to the employees, it was possible to obtain data and information that allowed corroborating each of the problems that were identified at the beginning of this work, being visible , that through the executed analysis, it was possible to capture different aspects that are related to administrative management, guiding in this way, that each process, objective, goal and strategy be fully fulfilled, fundamentally applying the administrative axes such as planning, organization, direction and control. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La realización del presente caso de estudio se encuentra basado en la gestión administrativa de la empresa Agropecuaria Jara de la ciudad de Vinces, lo cual, ha permitido identificar que dentro de sus procedimientos administrativos existen anomalías como vacíos, eso ha provocado afectaciones representativas, evidenciado que no se cuenta con metas, objetivos y estrategias específicas, permitiendo que el trabajador tenga un incumplimiento en sus actividades, ya que, no se encuentran planificadas de una manera adecuada. Por lo tanto, se plantea la importancia de este análisis como una salida y manera de valorar lo que se ha ejecutado durante un tiempo determinado, y de esa forma, poder implementar cambios que conlleven a la empresa a tener un mejor desarrollo y competitividad en el mercado. Con la realización de la entrevista que se aplicó al gerente de la empresa y de las encuestas que se les hizo a los empleados se pudieron obtener datos e información que permitieron corroborar cada uno de los problemas que se identificaron al inicio de este trabajo, siendo visible, que a través del análisis ejecutado, se pudo plasmar diferentes aspectos que se relacionan con la gestión administrativa, orientando de esa manera, a que cada proceso, objetivo, meta y estrategia se vaya cumpliendo a cabalidad, aplicando fundamentalmente los ejes administrativos como lo es la planificación, organización, dirección y control. | es_ES |
