| dc.description | The purpose of this research work is to carry out a treatment of work performance in a pharmaceutical company. This conceptually is described as those actions and behaviors executed by workers that help to achieve the objectives proposed for the success of companies. At present, administrative management has branded job performance as one of the most significant aspects when it comes to growing in the business world, so this case study investigates how having a good job performance is related to proper management. of the san farma company, which is located in the province of Los Ríos in the city of Babahoyo and is dedicated to the sale of medical and pharmaceutical products. To demonstrate this relationship, it was necessary to know the importance of job performance with theoretical bases duly supported, in addition, a descriptive methodology was used that led to the study of the population that is made up of the people who work in this pharmaceutical company, who are I apply the survey technique based on a questionnaire of questions that allowed to know the relationship that exists between these variables investigated. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación es realizar un tratamiento del desempeño laboral en una empresa farmacéutica. Este conceptualmente se describe como aquellas acciones y conductas ejecutadas por los trabajadores que ayudan a alcanzar los objetivos propuestos para el éxito de las empresas. En la actualidad la gestión administrativa ha tildado al desempeño laboral como uno de los aspectos más significativos a la hora de crecer en el mundo de los negocios, por ello este estudio de caso indaga sobre como tener un buen desempeño laboral se relación con la adecuada gestión de la empresa san farma, la misma que está ubicada en la provincia de los Ríos en la ciudad de Babahoyo y se dedica a la venta de productos médicos y farmacéuticos. Para demostrar esta relación se hizo necesario conocer la importancia del desempeño laboral con bases teóricas debidamente sustentadas, además se utilizó una metodología de tipo descriptivo que llevo a estudiar la población que está conformada por las personas que laboran en esta empresa farmacéutica, a los cuales se les aplico la técnica de encuesta con base a un cuestionario de preguntas que consintieron conocer la relación que existe entre estas variables investigadas. | es_ES |
