dc.descriptionThe realization of this case study that is based on the administrative management of the conventional transport company in taxis UTB S.A. of the city of Babahoyo for the period 2021, which has made it possible to identify a set of gaps and inefficiencies in the administration procedures, which has led to the development and operation of the company being affected, allowing no growth to occur positive, economic and service, result of that, is the non-compliance by the members and partners of the organization in their contributions, a tense and distorted work environment, a deficient administrative process, that causes the organization not to reflect its level of competitiveness in the market and therefore customer or user service would be negatively compromised. With the completion of the interview that was applied to the manager of the company and the surveys that were made to the employees who work in the cooperative of conventional transport in taxis UTB S.A. Information and data were obtained that have allowed to give evidence and corroborate that the proposed study objectives have been met, which allowed analyzing the management and knowing the current situation of that organization, and in this way, determine aspects related to these topics for their assessment and prompt application in the operations of this company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa realización del presente caso de estudio que se encuentra basado en la gestión administrativa de la compañía de transporte convencional en taxis UTB S.A. de la ciudad de Babahoyo del periodo 2021, lo cual, ha permitido identificar un conjunto de vacíos e ineficiencia en los procedimiento de la administración, eso ha conllevado a que se afecte el desarrollo y funcionamiento de la empresa, permitiendo que no se dé un crecimiento positivo, económico y de servicio, resultado de aquello, es el incumpliendo por parte de los miembros y socios de la organización en sus aportes, un clima laboral tenso y distorsionado, un proceso administrativo deficiente, eso provoca que la organización no refleje su nivel de competitividad en el mercado y por lo consiguiente la atención a los clientes o usuario se vería comprometida de manera negativa. Con la realización de la entrevista que se aplicó al gerente de la empresa y de las encuestas que se les hizo a los empleados que laboran en la cooperativa de transporte convencional en taxis UTB S.A. se obtuvieron informaciones y datos que han permitido dan evidencia y corroborar que se ha cumplido con los objetivos de estudio planteados, que permitieron analizar la gestión y conocer la situación actual de esa organización, y de esa manera, determinas aspectos relacionados con estas temáticas para su valoración y pronta aplicación en las operaciones de esta empresa.es_ES
