dc.description.abstractEl proceso de comercialización se trata de proveer a los clientes los que ellos requieran para cubrir sus necesidades y deseos, donde se vinculan problemáticas a corto y largo plazo, que impulsan a establecer estrategias que permita orientar la distribución de los bienes, por lo tanto el objetivo de este trabajo se basa en Analizar el proceso de comercialización de la empresa “Vi Fashion” del cantón Ventanas, estudio que se sustenta en evidenciar el tratamiento holístico de los problemas presentes en la boutique, por medio de la sistematización de los fundamentos teóricos, en el cual, se aplicó la metodología cuantitativa y cualitativa, por medio de la entrevista al propietario y la encuesta a los clientes de la empresa. En las conclusiones se menciona acerca de la calidad de los procesos que se ejecutan en el negocio, evidenciando el grado de aceptación relacionado con la atención brindada a los clientes y las alternativas que permiten ejecutar mejoras en los procedimientos de la distribución de los bienes, en la que se involucra tanto al dueño del local como a los trabajadores a implementar estrategias de marketing o comercialización.es_ES
