dc.descriptionThe present case study was carried out with the purpose of knowing the problems that affect advertising management in the Aguirre commercial, the main objective of this work was to analyze the advertising management in the Aguirre commercial, through the information collected for it, the Analytical research method, research techniques were applied such as the interview addressed to the owner, using as instruments such as the interview questionnaire, SWOT matrix and comparative table to know the advertising budget. When applying the instruments, it was determined that the problems that are affecting are the lack of advertising, promotions, competition and differences in marketing strategies, all of these have caused sales to decrease, which served to collect the necessary information and thus recommend strategies for solve the problems found in the advertising management of the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio se realizó con la finalidad de conocer los problemas que afectan gestión publicitaria en el comercial Aguirre, el objetivo principal de este trabajo fue analizar la gestión publicitaria en el comercial Aguirre, a través de la información recopilada para ello se utilizó el método de investigación analítico, se aplicaron técnicas de investigación como la entrevista dirigida al propietario, usando como instrumentos como el cuestionario de entrevista, matriz FODA y cuadro comparativo para conocer el presupuestó de la publicidad. Al aplicar los instrumentos se determino que los problemas que están afectando es la falta de publicidad, promociones, competencia y difidencia de estrategias de marketing, todos estos han causado que las ventas disminuyan, la cual sirvió para recolectar la información necesaria y así recomendar estrategias para resolver los problemas hallados en la gestión publicitaria de la empresa.es_ES
