| dc.description | The development of this clinical case of a 31-year-old male patient with a penetrating wound by stab wound, the wound is classified as a body injury that causes damage to the affected area, the wound may be located on the surface of the skin or may be affecting any organ. The abdominal trauma due to white wound is represented in 8% in our country, among the most affected organs are the liver in 31%, small intestine 20%. The objective of this case is detailed in the application of the nursing care process in addition to applying other interventions to assist the needs evidenced by the altered functional patterns, the application of theories such as M. Gordon, Nanda, Nic, Noc, in this way complementary examinations were applied to determine a definitive diagnosis and apply the appropriate treatment such as antibiotherapy and pain therapy, in conclusion, the nursing diagnosis was evidenced in an adult patient with white wound in the abdominal region, where it was necessary to apply complementary examinations such as laboratories which allowed to diagnose the severity of the case having complications of organs such as grade III liver trauma. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo de este caso clínico de un paciente masculino de 31 años de edad con herida penetrante por herida de arma blanca, la herida es catalogada como una lesión del cuerpo que origina un daño en el área afectada, la herida puede estar localizada en la superficie de la piel o puede estar afectando a algún órgano. Los traumatismos abdominales por herida blanca se representan en un 8% en nuestro país, entre los órganos más afectados son el hígado en un 31%, intestino delgado 20%. El objetivo de este caso se detalla en la aplicación del proceso de atención de enfermería además de aplicar otras intervenciones para asistir a las necesidades evidenciadas por los patrones funcionales alterados, la aplicación de teorías como M. Gordon, Nanda, Nic, Noc, de esta manera se aplicaron exámenes complementarios para determinar un diagnóstico definitivo y aplicar el tratamiento adecuado como antibioterapia y terapia de dolor, en conclusión, se evidenció el diagnóstico de enfermería en paciente adulto con herida blanca en región abdominal, donde fueron necesarios aplicar los exámenes complementarios como de laboratorios los cuales permitieron diagnosticar la gravedad del caso habiendo complicaciones de órganos como es el trauma hepático de grado III. | es_ES |
