| dc.description | In this present case, the nursing care process constitutes, as a fundamental pillar, providing adequate care to patients suffering from various pathologies. Liver cirrhosis is one of the final consequences of different chronic liver diseases that lead to the loss of a normal structure of the liver and the progressive decrease in functions. Some disease that begins a chronic inflammation of the liver, over the years, will produce cirrhosis. Many causes can lead to cirrhosis. As main in our environment are 2: Chronic Hepatitis by Virus C (cirrhosis by Virus C) and excessive alcohol consumption (cirrhosis ethylic or alcohol), It is estimated that 57% of cases of liver cirrhosis and 78% of primary liver cancer cases are due to hepatitis B or C virus infection. The development of this clinical case was based on a 50-year-old male patient with a medical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis, taking into account the needs according to Gordon's functional patterns, and the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomic requirements, since they are who allow us to provide proper care for the benefit of the patient through the completion of the PAE. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En este presente caso el proceso de atención de enfermería constituye, como pilar fundamental brindar un adecuado cuidado a pacientes con padecimientos de varias patologías. La cirrosis Hepática es una de las consecuencias finales de diferentes enfermedades hepáticas crónicas que conllevan a la perdida de una estructura normal del hígado y la disminución progresiva de las funciones. Alguna enfermedad que dé inicio a una inflamación crónica del hígado, con el pasar de los años, llegara a producir cirrosis. Muchas causan pueden llevar a crear una cirrosis. Como principales en nuestro entorno son 2: La Hepatitis crónica por el Virus C (cirrosis por Virus C) y el consumo excesivo de alcohol (Cirrosis etílica o alcohólica), Se estima que el 57% de los casos de cirrosis hepática y el 78% de los casos de cáncer primario de hígado son debidos a infecciones por los virus de la hepatitis B o C. El desarrollo de este caso clínico se basó en un paciente de sexo masculino de 50 años de edad con diagnostico medico de cirrosis hepática tomando en estudio las necesidades según los patrones funcionales de Gordon, y los requerimientos taxonómicos NANDA, NOC Y NIC, ya que son quienes nos permiten brindar un correcto cuidado a beneficio del paciente por medio de la realización del PAE. | es_ES |
