| dc.description | Acute bronchitis today is one of the main complications in the health of children, as epidemiological data we have acute respiratory infections in developing countries represents between 35% and 58% in pediatric patients, it is expected that each child suffers from 3 to 6 times this disease in the year. The clinical case was based on the intervention of the respiratory therapist in a 9-year-old male patient with acute bronchitis, the patient presents a clinical picture characterized by unquantified thermal rise, cough and respiratory distress. The general objective of this clinical case is to establish the appropriate respiratory therapy techniques in a 9-year-old male patient diagnosed with acute bronchitis. Respiratory therapy techniques used in patients with acute bronchitis are intended to clear the airways without causing injury and to prevent complications. In addition, these techniques, such as the administration of oxygen and nebulizations, are complemented by the pharmacological treatment that is administered in patients with acute bronchitis. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La bronquitis aguda hoy en día es una de las principales complicaciones en la salud de niños, como datos epidemiológicos tenemos las infecciones respiratorias aguda en los países en vía a desarrollo representa entre un 35% y un 58% en pacientes pediátricos, se prevé que cada niño padece de 3 a 6 veces esta enfermedad en el año. El caso clínico se basó en la intervención del terapista respiratorio en paciente masculino de 9 años edad con bronquitis aguda, el paciente presenta un cuadro clínico caracterizado por alza térmica no cuantificada, tos y dificultad respiratoria. El objetivo general de este caso clínico es establecer las técnicas de terapia respiratoria adecuadas en el paciente masculino de 9 años de edad con diagnóstico de bronquitis aguda. Las técnicas de terapia respiratoria que se emplean en pacientes con bronquitis aguda tienen como finalidad despejar las vías respiratorias sin causar lesiones y prevenir complicaciones. Además, que estas tecinas como la administración de oxígeno y las nebulizaciones se complementan con el tratamiento farmacológico que se administra en pacientes con bronquitis aguda. | es_ES |
