| dc.description | This research aims to create a software tool that allows the user to make an appointment for proceedings relating to driver's licenses in the National Transit Agency Babahoyo. At the agency 's lack of an agenda organized for reservation of slots for licenses was detected, producing great discomfort to the users and they had to make big waiting lists for a turn, which at times was not respected by loss of records, making it necessary to perform this research in order to find a solution that will lead the agency as a PDA users to shift to licensing from the comfort of home, office or other . This research is presented in seven chapters: Chapter 1.- Introduces the general and specific objectives of this research. Chapter 2.- Regarding background, theoretical framework, theoretical position taken and assumptions were found. Chapter 3.- In this chapter we find the results of the survey of 250 users , required in this research survey . Chapter 4.- The conclusions we reached the research is presented. Chapter 5.- Here the author presents recommendations according to the investigation.
