| dc.description | Within the introduction, emphysema is the fourth leading cause of death worldwide and represents a major public health burden in developed countries and twice as much in developing countries. The objective of this work is justified by the severity of this disease that mainly affects active and passive smokers, but not only this risk factor is affecting this group of patients, our theoretical support is determined by the following topics: Pulmonary Emphysema, Diagnosis, Etiology and Physiopathology of Emphysema concluding that the clinical picture of the patient is characteristic of the disease, however, with the help of complementary examinations we arrived at the diagnosis. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Dentro de la introducción el enfisema es la cuarta causa principal de muerte en todo el mundo y representa una carga importante para la salud pública en los países desarrollados y el doble para los países en vías de desarrollo como objetivo “Determinar el mejor tratamiento para reducir los síntomas del enfisema pulmonar” este trabajo se justifica, por la gravedad de esta enfermedad que afecta principalmente a aquellos fumadores activos y pasivos, pero no solo ese factor de riesgo es el que afecta a este grupo de pacientes, nuestro sustento teórico está determinado por los siguientes temas: Enfisema pulmonar, Diagnóstico, Etiología Y Fisiopatología Del Enfisema concluyendo que el cuadro clínico del paciente es característico de la enfermedad, sin embargo, con la ayudad e los exámenes complementarios se llegó a su diagnóstico. | es_ES |
