| dc.description | The present investigative work refers to a clinical case of a 35-year-old woman with community-acquired pneumonia. The main objective of this work is to highlight the intervention of the respiratory therapist in the execution of the treatment to achieve optimal results that change the prognosis of the patient. The methodology used in the present work is to obtain information that was carried out through the clinical history, in addition to the follow-up of the patient in each of the procedures performed, and the study of the literature on the subject. The main result is the application of the different techniques of respiratory maneuvers that were used with the patient, giving positive results. With the research carried out in the review of the bibliography, as well as what was collected through practice, relevant information is obtained for the knowledge of this and future cases. This research case is executed to be a source of information for future work. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo investigativo, se refiere a un caso clínico de una mujer de 35 años de edad con neumonía adquirida en la comunidad. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es la de destacar la intervención del terapista respiratorio en la ejecución del tratamiento para lograr resultados óptimos que cambien el pronóstico de la paciente. La metodología que se utilizó en el presente trabajo es la de obtención de información que se realizó a través de la historia clínica, además del seguimiento de la paciente en cada una de los procedimientos realizados, y el estudio de literatura referente al tema. Como principal resultado está la de la aplicación de las diferentes técnicas de maniobras respiratorias que se utilizaron con la paciente, dando resultados positivos. Con la investigación realizada en la revisión de la bibliografía, así como lo recabado mediante la práctica se obtiene información relevante para el conocimiento de este y casos futuros. El presente caso de investigación está ejecutado para ser fuente de información para trabajos futuros. | es_ES |
