dc.description	The proposed thesis project as "Developing a computer system for the area of Speech Therapy Special Education Center" Our Lady of Carmen "using NET technology and databases in Urdaneta Canton province of Los Rios," was developed technological tool with visual 2010 which has been downloaded and installed to proceed with programming. The assurances within the system is a very important point is why when entering the system especially for user authentication that is, a LOGIN, thus allowing the system input do only authorized persons if you enter as Guest only you can consult while if you can login as Administrator to do the following as a new, query, modify, delete. dc.description.abstract	En la ciudad de Ricaurte Vía a la Hojita está ubicado el Centro de Educación Especial “Nuestra Señora del Carmen” CEENCAR procedente del cantón Urdaneta provincia de los Ríos nombrado centro de educación especial asisten niños con discapacidad además ofrecen los servicios de educación (básica, inicial y de apoyo), terapia Física y terapia de Lenguaje. El área de Terapia de Lenguaje es la área que me enfocare la misma que en la actualidad no se tiene un sistema informático que permita guardar la información mediante un sistema de registro, los procesos de registros de información se manejan de manera manual anotan la información del niño en un cuaderno que luego son pasadas a “Fichas Clínicas” con la información de cada niño que realiza su terapia, lo que hace que la información se pueda extraviar y a la vez si uno desea mirar la información de cierto niño lo tiene que buscar en la gran cantidad de fichas que se tiene en la actualidad. Con la realización de un sistema de registro en el departamento de Terapia de Lenguaje del centro de Educación Especial Nuestra Señora del Carmen permitirá llevar una información ordenada y eficaz porque se lo hará de manera automatizada y ya no de manera manual. El sistema tendrá los formularios de registro de pacientes se podrá ingresar los antecedentes y realizar las pruebas de Fonologías que se sacara un porcentaje del avance del niño en cuanto a la pronunciación de las palabras es decir las vocales, silabas y los sinfones, todo esto se lo realizara mediante el sistema y se realizara el cálculo correspondiente para mirar un avance del niño en un rango del 1 al 100% que se mostrara en el sistema cada vez que se realiza una prueba, con la utilización del sistema se podrá mostrar un reporte de los registros de los niños, reporte de los antecedentes y un reporte de las pruebas realizadas. También se podrá realizar una búsqueda mediante el nombre del niño y visualizar toda la información que esta almacenada todo esto de manera automatizada por la utilización del sistema y ya no de manera manual como se lo hace actualmente en el departamento de Terapia de Lenguaje. Con el sistema se podrá tener una información eficiente más rápida y oportuna por la utilización de una bases de datos que permitirá ser actualizada para tener toda la información almacenada...	es_ES
