| dc.description | The Guare Rural Parish Decentralized Autonomous Government is a government institution located in the Guare parish belonging to the Baba canton, the office is diagonal to the General Villamil school, currently Eng., William Guerrero is in charge as president of the Administration 2019 -2023 who must ensure the well-being of the population, help each of the people who need it to achieve a good life in the Guare parish, working correctly and transparently so that the community feels that support from the authorities. The Guare parish in recent years has not had projects or works by the Guare parish GAD that benefit the community, because of that I was interested in carrying out my case study in the institution to learn about the problems that existed in administrative management and because they did not manage to comply with what the community needs, that is how I saw it convenient to carry out the internal control of the financial administrative management to know the reasons why they do not carry out works and the administration of the budget that the GAD receives from the state , with this information it will be possible to provide recommendations from my point of view so that they benefit the company. Internal control are the processes through which the company will benefit and achieve a good performance to keep the institution active, since this includes financial and administrative information to make good decisions and achieve compliance with institutional objectives. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado parroquial Rural Guare es una institución gubernamental ubicada en la parroquia Guare perteneciente al cantón Baba, la oficina se encuentra diagonal a la escuela General Villamil, en la actualidad está a cargo el Ing., William Guerrero como presidente de la Administración 2019-2023 quien debe velar por el bienestar de la población, ayudar a cada una de las personas que lo necesiten para lograr conseguir un buen vivir en la parroquia Guare trabajando de manera correcta y transparente que la comunidad sienta ese apoyo de parte de las autoridades. La parroquia Guare los últimos años no ha contado con proyectos u obras por parte del GAD parroquial Guare que beneficien a la comunidad, debido a eso me interese en realizar mi estudio de caso en la institución para conocer las problemáticas que existían en la gestión administrativa y porque no lograron cumplir con lo que la comunidad necesita, así fue como vi conveniente llevar a cabo el tema control interno de la gestión administrativa financiera para conocer los motivos del porque no realizan obras y la administración del presupuesto que recibe el GAD por parte del estado, con dicha información se podrá brindar recomendaciones desde mi punto de vista para que beneficien a la empresa. El control interno son los procesos mediante el cual a la empresa se beneficiará y lograra un buen desempeñó para mantener a la institución activa, ya que este incluye información financiera y administraría para tomar buenas decisiones y lograr cumplir con los objetivos institucionales. | es_ES |
