| dc.description | The following case study addressed the issue of inventory control in Importadora Jorua, which is dedicated to the sale of medical supplies in the city of Babahoyo. Our study is focused on its problem, which is the inefficient inventory control system, its main objective is to analyze it and be able to draw a conclusion with an efficient recommendation, for which we know that inventories are very important in companies. We know that every company must have a good inventory control system, because through them you can reduce losses and control the products that exist in said entity. Good inventory control helps and above all ensures that the inventory is available when required. For the development of this present case study, an analytical investigation and a solid search of bibliographical references were carried out. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El siguiente estudio de caso abordó el tema del control de inventario en la Importadora Jorua aquella que se dedica a la venta de insumos médicos en la ciudad de Babahoyo. Nuestro estudio está enfocado en su problemática que es el ineficiente sistema de control de inventarios, su objetivo principal es analizarlo y poder sacar una conclusión con una recomendación eficiente por lo que sabemos que es de mucha importancia los inventarios en las empresas. Sabemos que toda empresa debe de contar con un buen sistema de control de inventario, debido que a través de ellos se puede reducir las pérdidas y controlar los productos que existen en dicha entidad. Un buen control de inventario ayuda y sobretodo garantiza que el inventario este disponible al momento que lo requieran. Para el desarrollo de este presente estudio de caso se realizó una investigación de análisis y una búsqueda sólida de referencias bibliográficas. | es_ES |
