| dc.description | The analysis of this case study provides a detailed look at the problems faced by the automotive hardware store "El Maestro" due to the lack of inventory control. Proper inventory management is critical in any company and this is the main weakness of the entity studied, the loss or disappearance of merchandise due to deterioration or expiration affects its profitability. In the development of this case, the impact of inventory on the operations and efficiency of the company was mentioned, to which due importance should be given. allows to know ordered and specified the actual amount of inventory held. The most common method of inventory control and management is to use Kardex. | dc.description.abstract | El análisis del presente estudio de caso brinda una mirada detallada a los problemas que enfrenta la ferretería automotriz “El Maestro” debido a la falta de control de inventarios. El adecuado manejo de inventarios es crítico en cualquier empresa y esta es la principal debilidad de la entidad estudiada, la pérdida o desaparición de mercadería por deterioro o caducidad afecta la rentabilidad del mismo. En el desarrollo de este caso se mencionó el impacto del inventario en las operaciones y la eficiencia de la empresa, a los que se debe dar la debida importancia. permite saber ordenado y especificado La cantidad real de inventario retenido. El método más común de control y gestión de inventario es utilizar Kardex.
