| dc.description | Inventory controls help the company to have updated information and avoid unnecessary loss of its products, as well as to have a complex stock of what is required. In this case study "INVENTORY CONTROL IN THE WAREHOUSE OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ARREGUI DÁVILA S.A. IN BABAHOYO CANTON", it was possible to notice one of the most serious problems such as the lack of an updated and automated system, the little knowledge that the person in charge of the warehouse department of the company has on these issues, since the information is regularly handled manually, so the main objective was to identify the incidence of inventory control in these warehouses. For which a qualitative methodology was used, focused on a descriptive study, applying the deductive method that allowed through the interview technique to know about the reality of the warehouse of the construction company Arregui Dávila S.A. in issues related to inventory control. The conclusion was that it is urgent to have an updated and automated system, in the same way that the person in charge of this space is highly trained to avoid serious future problems to the company. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Los controles de inventario ayudan a que la empresa cuente con información actualizada y evitan la pérdida innecesaria de sus productos, así como a contar con un stock complejo sobre lo que se requiere. En el presente estudio de caso “CONTROL DE INVENTARIO EN BODEGA DE LA EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA ARREGUI DÁVILA S.A. DEL CANTON BABAHOYO”, fue posible notar uno de los problemas más graves como lo es la falta de un sistema actualizado y automatizado, el poco conocimiento que posee la persona encargada del departamento de bodega o almacén de la empresa en estos temas, ya que la información se maneja regularmente de manera manual, por ello se planteó como objetivo principal, identificar la incidencia del control de inventario en dichas bodegas. Para lo cual se hizo uso de una metodología de carácter cualitativo enfocado en un estudio descriptivo, aplicando el método deductivo que permitió mediante la técnica de la entrevista conocer acerca de la realidad de la bodega de la empresa constructora Arregui Dávila S.A. en temas relacionados al control de inventarios. Llegando a la conclusión que se hace urgente que se cuente con un sistema actualizado y automatizado, del mismo modo que la persona encargada de este espacio este altamente capacitado evitando así problemas futuros graves a la empresa. | es_ES |
